摘要: The performance of 5 and 15 cm long columns packed with shell particles (Halo, AMT) is compared in gradient elution separations the tryptic digests myoglobin bovine serum albumin. influences temperature mobile phase flow rate on column efficiency for two peptides are discussed. this rate, temperature, slopes peak capacities also considered. Peak excess 400 were achieved 6 h longer column. 200 could be 30 min shorter
