摘要: Genetic variation among five elite winter barley cultivars (H. vulgare L.) currently grown in Bulgaria was assessed at the molecular level using restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. The present study sampled RFLPs four well characterized multigene families barley: seed storage protein loci; 18S, 5.8S 26S ribosomal loci coding for 5S RNA subunit α of ATP-A complex mitochondrial genome. were detected three out investigated chromosomal studied. RAPD assay arbitrary 10-base primers applied to generate markers barley. Overall a total 15 phenotypes found studied by 11 25 tested primers. All RAPDs considered as dominant genetic except two, where PCR Southern blot analysis indicated presence codominant amplification products. Five polymorphisms F1 F2 progenies cross between Alpha Obzor inherited Mendelian fashion. determined values proved high similarity cultivars. (GS) calculated from RFLP data ranged 0.888 0.997 with mean GS – 0.933.
