摘要: A restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) map for barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) has been developed on the basis of a population anther culture derived, doubled haploids from F1 cultivars 'Proctor' × 'Nudinka'. Wheat genomic, oat cDNA, and cDNA clones provided major source probes. Additional included genomic Aegilops squarrosa L. barley, two dehydrin genes, promoter, wheat ribosomal gene. In total, 155 RFLPs known genes (hulless Mla12 powdery mildew resistance) have placed linkage map. Clones were assigned to chromosomes using disomic wheat–barley chromosome addition lines. Chromosome arm orientation was done 'Chinese Spring' nullisomic–tetrasomic ditelosomic aneuploid stocks. Markers located all arms except 6S, total is 1096 centimorgans (cM). Considerations involved in RFLP mapping, including choice number endonucleases, disturbed se...
