摘要: Abstract The characteristics of oil-water two phase flow in the case water initially accumulated at low position upward inclined pipelines were researched. A large scale experiment loop was conducted to analyse by using a series 50 mm transparent acrylic bends with different inclination angle (10° ∼ 45° interval 5°). Five patterns identified and corresponding pattern map established. same situation also simulated computational fluid dynamics (CFD) techniques, results simulation validated comparing experimental results. impact oil superficial velocity, initial volume on further investigated. indicate that backflow effect is major factor causes accumulation bottom pipe. residual has no influence water-carrying capacity oil. lower rate higher cause decrease oil, resulting internal corrosion product pipelines.
