摘要: In this study we examined the hygienic and sanitary quality of pasteurized cow's milk in state Parana, Brazil, by determining presence coliforms occurrence antimicrobial residues. A total 260 samples were collected from commercial establishments different regions state. Coliform populations estimated multiple-tube test, residues detected enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Overall, 105 (40.4%) unsuitable for consumption according to Brazilian legal standards. Among coliforms, Escherichia coli Klebsiella pneumoniae respectively identified 77.05 36.07% samples. The highest rates resistance agents observed ampicillin (19.2%), cephalothin (18.9%), tetracycline (17.1%). Antimicrobial 80 (30.8%). Forty-eight (18.5%) positive tetracycline, 29 (17.4%) neomycin, 9 (3.5%) beta-lactams, 6 (2.3%) gentamicin, 4 (1.5%) chloramphenicol, 1 (0.4%) streptomycin-dihydrostreptomycin. results demonstrate a high prevalence also Brazil.
