摘要: Abstract There is limited understanding of how various pressures foster sustainable public procurement, particularly in the context developed versus developing economies. Using Institutional Theory, this paper develops a theoretical model to provide nuanced institutional and citizens’ attitude towards sustainability affect level adoption procurement impacts performance. sample 546 practitioners from 102 countries, structural equation test proposed hypotheses developed.
