摘要: Abstract There is limited understanding of how various pressures foster sustainable public procurement, particularly in the context developed versus developing economies. Using Institutional Theory, this paper develops a theoretical model to provide nuanced institutional and citizens’ attitude towards sustainability affect level adoption procurement impacts performance. sample 546 practitioners from 102 countries, structural equation test proposed hypotheses developed. The conceptual has been validated on three categories namely goods, works, services. Results show that significantly impact which, turn, improves these differs Accordingly, policymakers may harness according their category procurement.
