摘要: Abstract ZnS quantum dots with mercaptoacetic acid as a stabilizer were synthesized. The had diameter of less than 4 nm and band gap about 4.2 eV. effect refluxing time on the preparation these samples was measured using UV–Vis absorption photoluminescence. photoluminescence phenomena results show that edge emission is improved by increasing time.
