摘要: Abstract Films of Sb2S3 nanocrystals were deposited using chemical solution deposition. The structural and optical properties the films investigated as a function reaction time temperature bath. X-ray diffractometric studies confirmed orthorhombic phase in with steady variation crystallinity. effect bath conditions apparently was found to be playing significant role controlling rate resulting morphological evolution nanocrystals. band gaps obtained from absorption range 1.9–2.0 eV suggest possibility gap tunability visible region. photoluminescence revealed that showed apparent edge luminescence at around 610 nm Stokes shifted defect induced emission 717 nm.
