Infrared studies of single-crystal La 2− xSrxCuO 4− δ and YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7− δ

摘要: Polarized infrared reflectance measurements are reported for crystals of La2−xSrxCuO4−δ and YBa2Cu3O7−δ. Free-carrier is observed in the copper oxide planes, strong phonons perpendicular direction. The interpretation optical properties discussed.
