摘要: Abstract The electronic band structure and the density of states YBa2Cu3Ox superconductor are computed for x = 7 using extended Huckel scheme. Two ordered arrangements oxygen vacancies in basal Cu-O planes have been considered. It is shown that vacancy distribution plays a major role this compound deeply influences at Fermi level.
