摘要: The purpose of this study was to assess exposure drinking water fluoride and evaluate the risk dental fluorosis among Estonian population. covered all 15 counties in Estonia 93.7% population that has access public supplies. In groundwater is main source for supply systems most towns rural settlements. content natural ranges from 0.01 7.20 mg/L. different levels assessed by linking data previous studies on quality with databases Health Protection Inspectorate suppliers number consumers systems. Exposure assessment showed 4% had excessive fluoride, mainly small supplies western central Estonia, where Silurian-Ordovician aquifer system only water.
