摘要: Articles should deal with topics applicable to the broad field of evaluation. Implications for practicing evaluators be clearly identified. Examples contributions include, but are not limited to, reviews new developments in evaluation, and descriptions current evaluation efforts, research problems, or techniques. Manuscripts include appropriate references exceed 10 double-spaced typewritten pages.
