摘要: Experimental aneurysms of the carotid artery were produced using microsurgical technique grafting a venous sack onto in neck rabbits after removal an elliptical piece arterial wall. Twenty-five occluded with fibrin sealant Tissucol. Microscopic examination showed complete resorption clot and formation dense granulation tissue within aneurysm, which was covered layer endothelial cells 2 weeks. The results are only tentative require further experimental studies.
