摘要: Using our modification of the vein patch technique, we created 16 aneurysms in common carotid arteries dogs. After a stabilizing and healing period, these were treated using percutaneous catheter techniques. Coaxial microcatheters placed into aneurysms, mixture isobutyl 2-cyanoacrylate tantalum dust was infused through microcatheter real time fluoroscopic control. Fifteen successfully occluded; 1 failure because total occlusion artery. One human facial artery aneurysm similarly treated. The ease technical details treatment are discussed. Although results encouraging, believe that it would be prudent to broaden animal experimentation rather than begin use. Because no experimental models yet physiological, must applied with caution intracranial aneurysms.
