摘要: Method and system are disclosed for de-embedding optical component characteristics from device measurements. In particular, the invention uses frequency domain averaging of RBS on both sides an to determine one or more its characteristics. Where has a slope (e.g., as in case lossy fiber), least square fit can be used addition, reference DUT correct variations response photoreceiver. A interferometer is sweep non-linearity TLS.
