摘要: Ca0.5Zr2(PO4)3 and Ca0.45Eu0.05Zr2(PO4)3 nanophosphors have been synthesized by a sol–gel process under acid basic conditions. In order to achieve the reduction of Eu3+ Eu2+, europium-doped samples were treated in reducing atmosphere flow. The effects different synthesis conditions partial substitution calcium europium ions on structure analyzed x-ray diffraction (XRD) transmission electron microscopy (TEM) micro-Raman spectroscopy. Luminescence magnetic properties investigated photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy susceptibility measurements. XRD patterns can be indexed rhombohedral symmetry space group R-3 with Z = 6, consistent NASICON-type structure. A higher crystallinity was found prepared TEM images all show spherically shaped particles. broadening Raman bands as result non-equivalent vibrations orthophosphate groups is observed for same effect when substituted into host. PL spectra exhibit strong emission blue-green spectral range due Eu2+ 4f65d1-4f7 transitions no evidence emission. Magnetic measurements confirm 2+ oxidation state samples.
