摘要: Abstract Y 0.9 Ln 0.1 VO 4 nanophosphors with Ln=Eu, Dy and Er samples were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis covered silica (SiO 2 ) the Stober method using different reaction times. The synthesized investigated X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). XRD patterns show maxima compatible a zircon-type structure where more intense reflexions are observed in pattern of sample. FTIR spectra @SiO reveal absorption bands which can be attributed to Si-O-Si O-Si-O stretching Si-O bending vibration. In all cases, TEM micrographs phosphors spherical nanoparticles. Nanoparticles agglomerates found samples. thickness coating is dependent on time. PL measurements variation emission intensity related coating.
