摘要: ABSTRACT A new flow injection chemiluminescence method is described for the determination of ethamsylate. The based on measurement signal produced from oxidation ethamsylate by potassium permanganate in acidic solution, enhanced formic acid. allows over range 1.0 × 10−8– 2.0 10−6 g ml−1 with a sample frequency 180 samples h−1. detection limit 5 10−9 g ml−1 and relative standard deviation 1.4% 5.0 10−7 g ml−1 solution eleven replicate measurements. was successfully applied to pharmaceutical preparations. brief discussion reaction mechanism has also given.
