摘要: Abstract A novel flow-injection irreversible biamperometric method is described for the determination of ethamsylate. The proposed based on oxidation ethamsylate at one platinum electrode and reduction permanganate another to form an detection system. Ethamsylate can be determined over range 1.0×10−6–1.0×10−4 mol l−1 with a sample measurement frequency 180 samples h−1. limit 4.0×10−7 l−1. stability shown by RSD 0.52% 11 replicate determinations 2.0×10−5 was applied in pharmaceutical preparations.
