摘要: PURPOSE: To analyze posterior pole retinal thickness using the new Spectralis HRA + OCT protocol and compare two commercially available spectral-domain optical coherence tomography instruments (Spectralis Cirrus HD-OCT) in young healthy eyes. METHODS: Retinal 178 eyes was measured volume scan mode Posterior Pole Asymmetry Analysis of macular cube 512 × 128 HD-OCT. Topologic differences between tomographies were compared, relationship age or refractive error/axial length assessed. RESULTS: Mean measurements all 9 Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study Report areas significantly greater with than HD-OCT (P < 0.001). positively correlated error 0.05) negatively axial 0.05), mainly temporal areas.
