摘要: New reactor concepts as multi-parallel screening systems or disposable bioreactor for decentralized and reproducible production increase the need new easy applicable sensor technologies to access data process control. These sophisticated require sensors work with lowest sampling volumes or, even better, measure directly in situ, but situ are incorporated into a fermenter within sterility barrier have therefore stand sterilization procedures. Consequently, these should enable measurement of multi-analytes simultaneously online real-time at low price robust sensing element. Current research focuses on implementation noninvasive spectroscopic optical technologies, tries employ them through fiber optics attached connectors. Spectroscopic methods reach from ultraviolet infrared further comprising fluorescence Raman spectroscopy. Also, optic techniques like microscopy adapted direct use (Ulber et al. Anal Bioanal Chem 376:342–348, 2003) well various electrochemical (Joo Brown Rev 108:638–651, 2008). This review shows variety modern principles bioprocess monitoring emphasis progress adaption latest concepts.
