摘要: A qualitative study examined the impact of training provided by Education Studies Department in Dublin City University on adult educators sector. It investigated whether courses had an effect their professional lives as within individual centers and own students a formal university setting. The graduating class 200 (70% female 60% age 40 or older) was asked to indicate reasons for pursuing diploma Further Training. were further explored through interviews with students.
