摘要: The idea of a private sector subsidy programme artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTs) was first proposed in 2004. Since then, several countries around the world have hosted pilot projects or programmes on subsidized ACTs and/or Affordable Medicines Facility-malaria (AMFm). Overall been effective increasing availability and driving down average prices but struggled to crowd out antimalarial monotherapies. results obtained from this ambitious strategy should inform policy makers designing future interventions aimed control malaria morbidity mortality. Among recently proposed, rapid diagnostic tests (RDTs) has recommended by governments international donors cope with over-treatment delay emergence resistance artemisinin. In order improve cost-effectiveness co-paid RDTs, we build lessons learned almost 10 years malaria-endemic countries.
