On the Determination of Lipolytic Activity of Lipase by Surfactant Non-addition Method

摘要: In the determination of lipolytic activity lipase by surfactant non-addition method, attempts were made to broaden range proportionality between volume titration and amount enzyme added assay mixture decrease variation in replicate measurement data (precision). The introduction baffle plates into reaction vessel provided some improvement both these respects. Increased agitation from 500rpm 1000rpm was also effective for greater proportionality.
