摘要: Underground communications networks have many interesting applications such as border surveillance, agriculture monitoring and infrastructure monitoring. The first used in these were wired networks, but recent studies shown that wireless underground are feasible deployment advantages. Wireless can nodes buried the soil, which establish communication between them or some aboveground data sinks; later case, is devices. This dissertation addresses need for a simulation environment accomplishes by implementing this into network simulator ns-3. Further results obtained also validated using experiments done previously field 433 MHz 2.4 GHz frequencies. regarding accuracy of model revealed to be quite promising, may lead attract more investigators particular study.
