摘要: Abstract Non-celiac gluten sensitivity – NCGS is a set of gluten-dependent symptoms and disorders, which in recent years has aroused the interest scientists clinicians around world. Etiopathogenesis not yet been clarified. There any specific biomarker identified that could serve diagnosis or monitoring treatment. Diagnosis requires causal relationship between onset clinical consumption containing food product, exclusion other known diseases such as celiac disease wheat allergy. The recommendations group experts defining algorithm for diagnostic therapeutic procedures were published 2015. They based on subjective assessment severity patient's symptoms. therefore continuing need well-designed, randomized trials to learn about etiology. It allows criteria treatment objective indicators.
