摘要: The publication of papers on the topic gluten related disorders has substantially increased over last few years. This motivated healthcare professionals to pay attention not only celiac disease and wheat allergy but also a condition termed nonceliac sensitivity (NCGS). Until now this been diagnosed clinically basis exclusion criteria clinical response withdrawal.
