摘要: In semen from donors with adequate secretory function of the prostate, spermatozoa in first (“prostatic”) portion ejaculate were more resistant to nuclear swelling sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) than second (“vesicular”) portion. No such difference was revealed by a donor severely impaired prostatic function. This demonstrates that some sperm chromatin stabilizing factor(s) is present normal fluid. The could largely be removed washing saline containing albumin. Spermatozoa sensitized SDS this manner regained their resistance upon exposure (zinc-rich) “prostatic fluid”. Such also induced high degree natively sensitive spermatozoa. possibility discussed zinc or other origin reversibly inhibits decondensation ability (NCD-ability). It suggested mechanism may essential importance for male genome transfer.
