摘要: A series of measurements the infra red emission atmosphere has been made at Kew Observatory with Dines and Linke-Fuessner radiometers. Precautions necessary during calibration use these instruments are discussed, results obtained them compared, accuracy assessed. Computation atmospheric by Elsasser's method is compared experimental results.
