摘要: Here we describe the purification of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) from normal leukocytes healthy subjects and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients mouse muscle sarcoma tissue. The data indicate that some properties GAPDH CML tissues are similar also to those EAC (Ehrlich ascites carcinoma) cellular but distinctly different GAPDH. Polyclonal antiserum raised against 54 kDa subunit cell strongly reacted with tissue only weakly leukocyte a variety other rats. Both subunits were partially sequenced N-terminus compared known sequences altered three malignant sources might be common feature all cells, which is discussed in relation glycolysis aberrations.
