摘要: Two mutants, L1 and L2, showing a three to eight-fold decreased sensitivity glucose for the synthesis of galactose-enzymes have been isolated fromE. coli K 12 strainsW 8 (=W 3110) andHfrH 3000 respectively. Their growth rate on is same as that wild type two unrelated enzymes, d-serin-deaminase tryptophanase, shows usual glucose.
