摘要: A computer simulation is used to investigate the non-linear behaviour of electromagnetic ion cyclotron instability in a homogeneous plasma. The results indicate (i) fast build up left-hand (proton-like) polarized waves: peak-value energy about 230 times larger than initial one and represents 10% total system; (ii) significant relaxation (isothermalisation) thermal anisotropy value 100 minimum '3' (at peak field value); (iii) establishment quasi-equilibrium state (from collective point view).
