摘要: Three ways to improve the theory and therefore understanding of physical processes in interplanetary medium (during both quiet disturbed periods solar activity) are suggested. They are: (1) development consequently use higher order moments (fluid) equations as well more realistic closure conditions transport coefficients for macroscopic description wind; (2) undertaking computer simulation experiments on nonlinear collective relaxation process through particle-wave-particle interaction due plasma electromagnetic instabilities which may develop under prevailing (3) consideration interactions evaluation coefficients, deduced from quasi-linear experiments, their incorporation into moment equations.
