摘要: Crohn's disease is a chronic, transmural inflammatory process of the gastrointestinal tract. It often affects colon with perianal area. The most common intestinal manifestations include external and/or internal fistulas and abscesses. Assessment activity in course seems to be an important factor influencing therapeutic approach. Fistula's evaluated by such methods as magnetic resonance imaging, anal ultrasound examination under anaesthesia. Usefulness imaging diagnosis still remains defined.MRI used present wide spectrum fistulazing disease. Additionally, it instrument revealing location, extent severity inflammation. also very helpful detect clinically silent sepsis related small, local method MR assess topography fistula's track, Parks' classification.Clinical indications MRI may follow-up studies diagnosed disease, classification fistulas' subtypes determination tracts spread what can guide surgical procedures.
