摘要: Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphomas arise from various anatomic sites, mostly observed in the gastrointestinal tract; however, involvement of kidney is extremely rare. We report a case MALT lymphoma involving 70-year-old man. Radical nephrectomy was performed under diagnosis renal cell carcinoma preoperatively. However, specimen showed that diffuse small- to medium-sized lymphocytes were scattered and formed colonies, neoplastic cells positive for CD20, CD79α, Bcl-2, but negative CD10 Cyclin D1; therefore, final histological pelvis. Although he referred department hematology, no additional treatment given postoperatively, has survived 4 months without evidence recurrence at last follow-up. To best our knowledge, date 37 reports have been published literature. kidney, review existing
