摘要: Significant inhibition of granulocyte adherence to nylon fiber columns followed the administration alcohol, aspirin, sodium salicylate, acetaminophen, indomethacin, phenylbutazone, colchicine or prednisone normal subjects. The addition salicylates and glucocorticoids blood in vitro had no effect on adherence, but plasma from volunteer subjects treated with either drug contained a factor which inhibited granulocytes. is heat stable, nondialyzable not present serum; it produces linear dose response cells. When mixed adherence-increasing found inflammatory diseases, neutralizes augmenting results. anti-inflammatory therapy disease was studied aspirin-treated patients rheumatoid arthritis. Their fell into two categories based clinical control their disease; good only slightly increased those poor an average more than twice normal. Mean aspirin levels were equivalent for groups (11.0 mg/100 ml well controlled 13.4 poorly controlled). Thus, correlates levels. potential pathogenetic role adherence-modifying factors diseases remains be determined.
