摘要: The advantages of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) on insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) have been well established. However, the molecular mechanisms anti-diabetic action MUFAs remain unclear. This study examined anti-hyperglycemic effect explored involved in actions fish oil- rich that had acquired from hybrid catfish (Pangasius larnaudii×Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) among experimental diabetic rats. Diabetic rats were fed with oil (500 1,000 mg/kg BW) for 12 weeks significantly reduced fasting plasma glucose levels without increasing levels. diminishing lipids muscle triglyceride accumulation as leptin identified T2DM rats, which administrated oil. Notably, adiponectin increased these supplementation also improved tolerance, sensitivity pancreatic histological changes. Moreover, signaling (p-AktSer473 p-PKC-ζ/λThr410/403), p-AMPKThr172 membrane GLUT4 protein expressions, whereas expressions pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α nuclear NF-κB) p-PKC-θThr538 down regulated skeletal muscle. These data indicate effects oil-rich partly due to attenuation an improvement adipokine imbalance. are signaling, AMPK activation, translocation suppression cytokine expressions.
