摘要: A culture of Skeletonema costatum grown at a light intensity 3 klux and 20°C was synchronized in diurnally intermittent illumination 12 hour dark. The hardly fully synchronous as the cell division period lasted about 9 hours. started middle period. concentration pigments: chlorophyll a, 6 fucoxanthin rate light-saturated photosynthesis were followed every during 24 Both pigments photosynthetic activity showed rhythmical variation. per all three examined increased development cells decreased automatically division. An increase pigment found only calculated unit number light-saturation 4 hours after end division, which before turned on while first 1–2 this moment. The variation compared with that by other workers. results Chlorella ellipsoidea Japanese scientists (Nihci et al.) explained an inhibition phenomenon because not adapted to experimental conditions.
