摘要: A dye-sensitized nanocrystalline copper sulphide (CuS) solar cell is developed using crystal violet (CV) as a photosensitizer. Nanocrystalline CuS thin film deposited on indium tin oxide- (ITO-) coated glass substrate by chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique. These films are characterized for their structural, optical and electrical properties X-ray diffractometer (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron (SEM). Optical absorbance measurements from UV-visible spectrometer at normal incidence of light in the wavelength range 320–1100 nm current-voltage (I-V) were also made. The ITO-coated may be used photo electrode fabrication (DSSC). carbon soot collected counter electrode. coupled with along redox electrolyte mixture to develop complete photovoltaic cell. fill factor efficiency evaluated DSSC.
