摘要: In this paper, we presented the results of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy ironsulphide thin films prepared using a simple cost effective chemical bath deposition method. The effectsof solution concentration pH on structural morphological properties were studiedin presence sodium tartrate as complexing agent. deposited higher solutionconcentration showed number FeS peaks larger grain size according to andscanning results, respectively compared with other concentrations.
