摘要: Abstract We discuss in this paper the validity of some approaches currently used to determine energy gap value (Eg) semiconducting pyrite (FeS2) from optical and photoelectrochemical measurements. It is concluded that wide dispersion reported experimental values Eg might be due inadequacy those approaches.
