摘要: This paper reports how pyrite films were prepared by thermal sulfurization of magnetron sputtered iron and characterized x-ray absorption near edge structure spectra photoelectron spectroscopy on a 4B9B beam line at the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The band gap agrees well with optical obtained spectrophotometer. octahedral symmetry leads to splitting d orbit into t2g eg levels. high spin low states analysed through difference electron exchange interaction orbital crystal field. Only when field is higher than 1.5 eV, two weak peaks above white lines can appear, this was approved experiments in present work.
