摘要: The structural, optical and electrical properties of un-doped (Al,Er) co-doped zinc oxide (ZnO) powders synthesized by hydrothermal method were investigated. obtained samples characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy magnetic measurements. XRD results reveal that the incorporation Al Er in ZnO matrix leads to formation a nanostructured hexagonal (wurtzite) structure α-Al2O3 secondary phase. High-resolution image also shows shape nanoparticles. behavior nanoparticles changes with concentration dopant elements due competition between oxygen vacancies, phase effect exchange interaction elements.
