摘要: Seeds of papaya cultivated in Somalia, which accounted for about 16% the fresh fruit weight, were divided into sarcotesta and endosperm. Sarcotesta showed higher percentages ash, crude protein, fiber than did endosperm, but was lacking fat. In contrast, endosperm contained 60% Oil extract very high levels oleic palmitic acids. The essential amino acid profiles protein determined compared with provisional FAO profile. results indicated that a good potential source supplemental protein.
