摘要: BACKGROUND Early diagnosis is an important factor to improve the survival of Invasive Cervical Cancer (ICC) patients. Molecular biomarkers such as micro RNA (miRNA) can be used in early detection ICC. The expression miR-21 and miR-29a are deregulated many types human cancers. OBJECTIVE aim this study was investigate differences patterns Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection various grades cervical cancer among Iranian women. METHODS Small RNAs were extracted from positive for HPV, healthy samples 43, 50 46 individuals, respectively. Expression levels analyzed by SYBR Green real-time RT-PCR using specific primers, 5s rRNA internal reference gene. RESULTS Results have shown a significant increase decrease miR-29 cancerous comparison with control groups (P < 0.0001). CONCLUSION This illustrated that could operated oncogene tumor-suppressor progression. More studies needed demonstrate role potential future investigations.
