摘要: OBJECTIVES Radiological imaging techniques provide early detection of neurological diseases but they do not always an adequate and reliable diagnosis. With the help stereotactic biopsy techniques, it is possible to access brain lesions safely with high precision. We described surgical method used in our clinic discussed results current literature. METHODS Ninety-four patients underwent computerized tomography-guided clinic. Anatomical locations, diagnostic yield accuracy procedure, morbidity mortality rates were analyzed. RESULTS A total 100 surgery procedures performed on 94 patients. The localizations 13.83% frontal, 21.27% temporal, 27.66% parietal, 4.25% occipital, multiple, deep seated 1.06% suprasellar. histopathological diagnoses 61.71% neuro-epithelial tumors, 8.51% metastases 10.64% infectious lesions. Diagnostic was 86.16% 90% series. CONCLUSION Computerized a safe method. Main problems SBB are tissue heterogeneity, insufficient material sampling error. These can be minimized by careful correlation clinical, radiological findings experienced team using modern technologies.
