摘要: Red eye is the most common ocular sign encountered in emergency and outpatient settings. Recognition of vision-threatening causes those requiring referral to an ophthalmologist utmost importance. This article reviews management red children with emphasis on allergic etiology, pathophysiology, recent advances therapy.
