摘要: The objective of this randomized trial was to assess whether differences in stent design are translated different clinical outcomes patients undergoing coronary placement. This multicenter included 1,147 who were randomly assigned receive one five types stainless steel stents: Inflow, MULTI-LINK, NIR, Palmaz-Schatz, and PURA-A stent. Primary endpoint the study event-free survival at 1 year. Event-free year significantly between groups (P = 0.014), ranging from 69.4% 82.4%. Similarly, freedom myocardial infarction also 0.022), with values 88.2% 95.2%. Diameter stenosis 6 months varied 38.1% ± 25.0% 45.6% 27.7% 0.046), late lumen loss ranged 1.01 0.70 mm 1.20 0.82 0.085), incidence restenosis 25.3% 35.9% 0.145). Thus, has a significant impact on long-term results after Cathet. Cardiovasc. Intervent. 50:290–297, 2000. © 2000 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
