摘要: Many recent studies and reports on the performance of energy sector have focused employment generated by investment. Governments, planning their futures, are also interested in job creation benefits possible identification skill shortages that may emerge from a large program. Employment created or supported is frequently an issue whenever government support being considered provided. The purpose this issues paper to provide guide using such figures constructing estimates, focuses particular illustrating different approaches methodologies used last decade estimating created. study does not aim definitive estimates generation potential technologies. begins with brief review various reasons why activities.
