摘要: The influence of doping by gallium (0-10 wt.%) on gas-sensing characteristics In2O3-based gas sensors has been studied. ceramic was prepared sol-gel technology. Ozone, CO, CH4 and H2 were used as tested gases. addition Ga into the In2O3 matrix found to be effective in increasing sensor response ozone improvement selectivity. It assumed that this connected with optimization ceramics structure.
